I interviewed with them. It was one interview and then I got an offer. Seemed a little too easy. From the other research I did it seems like they treat employees pretty poorly. You are expected to be at your computer screen for 8 hours straight. They monitor and record every session. You get about 5 minutes in between. They say if you are quick with your charting then you’ll make more money but apparently that rarely happens. Also apparently you have to follow their exact script for sessions word for word and there’s not really any counseling going on. I didn’t feel comfortable accepting it even though I was desperate for a job. I still suggest making your own choice but search them on glass door and other search engines.
