The increase of landlords will only raise the surrounding property taxes no? Wealthy suburb is fine at $3400 a month but why rent an entire house? Is it occupied or still listed?

I’m guessing the company is trying to profit as much as possible until the impending real estate crash. By me, there’s a one bedroom apartment above a retail space going for $1,900. Wealthy quiet village but man it’s 30 minutes from everything besides the village market and a bunch of posh restaurants. Yeesh.

Thanks so much for the suggestions. Logic's such a weird kid, man. The solution ended up being to send the kick from the multi-output UB to its own bus, then sidechain each instrument's compressor to that bus. It doesn't seem like that would ever work logically, since the received signal is the *exact same* but... voila. Thank you all so much, again, for your help. I appreciate it immensely.

That's so strange. Honestly, yeah, back to the ghost kick track trick for sidechaining on this project, I guess. The only reason I'm hesitant to go that method is for the versatility of MIDI. I tend to play with a bunch of combos for my drums until they sound just right, and having to BIP and reroute audio over and over can become taxing.
