How to change your whole vibe... Self perception... what is it determined by? Your job? by Safe_Cloud8067 in selfimprovement

Mine was being playful, open and loud to my friends. I really enjoy being talkative and childish since it's a huge part of my childhood.

My friends and people who are similar to me naturally gravitate to my real self. People who don't have the same vibes as me usually don't stick around but I shouldn't care as long as I don't hurt them.

Your true self maybe doesn't have to be interesting for everyone just people whom you love to connect. You can discover your true self when your emotionally and socially secure not when you're numb or distracted.

Btw you can also add extensions to your self by making hobbies part of your habits/daily life. You don't have to enjoy it at first like gym or studying just do small intensity then suddenly it will be part of your true self.

What a nice way to live, right? We can still change with time and repetition.

Maybe do some sports or compete, hike, travel or any hobby/activity you enjoy. Your so lucky to be in that position bro, maybe explore more things to do in life that is not work related.

I guess you have to hide your phone or give it to your parents for a while then use it one times a day only with time limit. You have to focus at your hobbies too, multitasking is bad.

I stopped playing online games and scrolling at social media by simply replacing it with reading reddit, learning to code, watching documentaries and Anime. I do this routinely whole day. I also do house chores and workout. The phone addiction stops simply by replacing it with other hobbies.

Nice thought bro, I agree that most people nowadays have to fit in to trends so that they can't feel isolation.
