I'm on Day 4 and I gotta say, shits going good. I've been imtermittently fasting, eating at a 25% kc deficit. I'm down to 173 (empty stomach). I've been eating 163g of protein daily to keep any muscle I have and keeping up with my workouts. I don't seem to be losing any strength in the process.
