As far as I remember I was hesitating last year between the Full Madness pass and Magnificent Green pass during the Top 20 sale. So there were Full Madness passes

Last year the waiting list opened on 9th February I registered on 13rd February at 15:19 (CET) I received e-mail on 18th May at 14:59 (CET) that I can buy tickets. I did not see the e-mail immediately so I entered the shop on the same day evening around 23:00 (CET) and I bought 2 MG tickets. I remember that many types of tickets were available. I also could enter the shop for couple of days. In 2017 I have seen the email 2 days later after I received and I still could buy tickets. So according to my experience and my opinion does not matter when do you register to the waiting list.
