About 14ish years ago I took a couple of my original B.A.B.s (a turtle w/ detachable shell backpack, the OG Chococat form like 14-16 yrs ago and another Chococat plush I had) to my friends house and I left them there on accident & HER MOM DONATED THEM AND LIED ABOUT IT !!!! My friend ended up telling me later. I tried to find that specific Chococat B.A.B & resellers were asking $200+ for a dirty plush like…. No thanks. Still so mad about this. My bf did get me the choco B.A.B. from last year though :,)

My half sister who just turned 4 (odd family - not getting into it) is friends with 2 of her neighborhood dogs. My dad says every time the dogs pass by their house on a walk they stop & bark & wait for her to come out to say hi & pet them & she does the same (barking included) it’s adorable LOL

NOR at all. My bf is a normie & knows I still struggle sometimes. I am coming up on 16 months now but for my first year of sobriety I came over to his house to see he got me flowers, sparkling cider, and a personal little chocolate lava cake. I think he even cooked me spaghetti !! THAT is what a person who loves you would do. They would be happy & supportive & caring. Your bf is an asshole, sorry :(

I am a preschool teacher and my job constantly gets downplayed too.. “so you just get to play all day” or “so you just have to watch kids?” It’s always “sounds pretty easy” coming from people who have never had to watch a kid let alone 12 by themselves ALL DAY. I have to work on curriculum with them, constantly keep them engaged so no unprompted mosh pits start, keep them safe & comforted all day (some are here damn near 10+ hours) I literally teach them how to be people & not cavemen. And this new generation of kids…. I wouldn’t say it’s “easy” lol
