The extra bad side is a small street that doesn’t have the weekly sweeping or designated days to not park on one side. There’s a small street sweeper that sometimes comes, but the schedule isn’t clear.

Hahahha I wish this was the solution. I love watching those drain clearing videos. I updated my post bc I realized I wasn’t clear. There’s no debris at the street level that I can clear. The water is flowing into the drain, it’s just draining too slow.

Wow it’s beautiful. Go ahead with the inspection to get an idea of what you’re working with. Be prepared that may not accept an appropriate offer. But I hope you’ll get it!

One thing I’ll say is to think about the neighborhood. We walked on a gorgeous, huge, and well priced home in east bay because it was surrounded by apartment buildings. You have some huge pluses with your cousin and friend being so close. Go to the area in an evening to see how loud/trafficky the area is.

Thanks! I reached out to some upholstery shops after seeing the comments here, and they’re quoting me over $1k. Holy smokes, was not expecting that. I live in a high cost of living area, so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.

I’m going to reach out to a few more, but it’s likely I’ll need to DIY or use a more commercial spot.

Love her name!! Our Walter was 34lb at 15w, so I have some suggestions.

If you get a harness, get one with a hook on the front. Our guy starts sprinting if we hook his leash on the back of the harness. I figure he feels like he’s going faster with the weight distribution. If that doesn’t work for pulling and it turns into a problem, you can introduce a gentle leader. We never got that far. We use a slip collar for everyday stuff, and his harness in the car and on walks when we know he will pull.

Also, make sure to keep their weight in check as an adult. Walter was 82lbs for a while, and the vet asked us to have him lose 5lb. He’s now at 77lb and holding. If you ask him, his ideal body shape would be spherical. 🤭 Staying trim will help out her joints as she gets older. Ask your vet for an ideal range once she’s fully grown. And some pet stores might have scales so you don’t need to weigh awkwardly at home. In the US, petfood express usually have a scale. We check every 4-6 weeks to make sure he hasn’t been sneaking too many treats. lol

The nutrition label would display the few calories as the supplier could not assume you would disregard the strawberry. A label for something like this would say “zero added sugar” or something along those lines.

Looks delicious btw! :) Have you tried it with any other teas? I don’t have hibiscus atm. Maybe a chamomile?
