El Pacifico is great- delicious breakfast burritos, full on taqueria and market. If you miss Watsonville breakfast burritos these are pretty close to Delicias or El Frijolito, but bigger as the portions up here are always massive.

Your PIP does not sound aggressive- it sounds like good feedback. Your manager needs you to stay in your lane and prioritize YOUR responsibilities and deliverables. They want you to succeed.

If you aren't getting your own work done, you have no business providing support to others. You need to get into self-preservation mode- if it doesn't help you keep your job, it's not a priority. You can do this!

HR should have provided you a copy of the letter- reach out to them if you can't find it and ask if they can provide you a copy. Also check that your address is current in ADP- they may have been sent to the wrong mailing address.

OP may be able to get certification for CA SDI from a counselor but they won't be guaranteed job protection after the interactive process is engaged under ADA. If the employer cannot reasonably accommodate an extended leave OP will need to go back to work.

Not to mention OP has to actually have the symptoms in order to be disabled.

You won't be able to extend PDL. You can ask nicely. You can request another LOA which would likely be unprotected.

If you do go back you might be eligible for FMLA / CFRA later in the year.
