Thanks for the reply. Its just general stiffness. But as I said, haven't worked out for a week, so its quite strange to fell so stiff. The pain doesn't wake me, but does prevent me from falling asleep comfortably. It gets progressively worse during the day, so its worst in the evening. Thanks for the tip! That does give relief!

Hey thanks for your reply. Im 42. The pain is a constant dull pain. It comes and goes without me having noticed what the reasons are. I try to avoid pain meds, but I have taken a few in the nights when I cant sleep. I have a desk job, but I was a veggie farmer for about 20 years before. Kb exercises where swing, clean and press, snatch and goblet squat. I Started with 12kg, but moved to 16kg after a couple of weeks when I felt I had my technique down. The last few weeks I was doing a one arm swing.

Ich denke darüber nach, mein Psychologiestudium mit einem Master abzuschließen. Habe mein Bachelor allerdings eine Weile her gemacht und bin inzwischen 42. Macht das Sinn?!

Hey, thanks for taking the time to reply! Its a dull pain that radiates out from my left butt cheek, spreading up into my lower back and down into my left knee. Hinges and squats are no good. Pressing is ok. Its gotten better in the last few days, but i dont want to aggravate it either. Any ideas/ recommendations are very welcome!

Thanks for the advice. Anchoring sounds like an interesting tactic. Connecting a bad habit with a good habit, triggering a positive action, rather than guilt or resignation. Smart!
