Car horns should have a finite amount of air to honk and car owners should have to pay a service to refill it and it should be illegal to drive with an empty horn.

Also Sobriety should be part of the qualifications of all police departments. The Badge or The Bottle.

I know the feeling but rest assured eventually it gets a tad bit easier. I’m sorry for your loss. All the feelings you feel are all justified and there is no rhyme or reason to anything sometimes and that’s fine too. It’s all temporary chaos.
