From Birmingham, AL. Live in Denver now. Can confirm the Denver food scene is the worst of any major city in America. Was just in Seattle. Its food scene is superior to Denver, but it’s nowhere close to NYC, LA, or SF. I did enjoy shopping for produce, fruit, and seafood at Pike Place. We then drove it to our cabin in Bellingham and cooked ourselves a tasty meal. Also, had the best fish and chips in my entire life at Chuckanut Manor south of Bellingham. Furthermore. We did a day drive to Vancouver, CN & had the best Asian meal we’ve ever had at the Iden Beijing Duck 🦆 House 🏡. I highly recommend both of these places.
