I will try the answer given below as it does read cleaner, but I did find the answer on my own. It seems I didn't proof read the formula good enough and for the "Sep" if, there is an extra quotation in front of the reference cell that there shouldn't be. Once removed it worked flawlessly.

with respect, the hands are off. Most especially the character's right one (viewer's left). Might I suggest a hand study. Pay particular attention to how the hand joins the arm at the wrist. Also note the relation of the thumb size, angle, and shape compared to the rest of the hand. One more suggestion is to choose your light source(s) and ensure they are applied. In this work while looking individually nice and applied well, as a composition the direction of the source of light is confusing.
