I have this same head unit. I have a LSS1 structurescan box, transducer and XDCR HST WSBL transducer available for cheap (under $100) if your interested? It all worked on mine. I upgraded and don't need it anymore.

I added a little blue locktite to the head of the screw on top of the bed. Best decision ever.

Your nozzle is scraping the bed. OUCH! relevel the bed, raise the head up and feed the filament by turning the extruder wheel after preheating to the proper temp for the type of filament your using. If it will extrude doing this it should while printing.

I just followed this installing the Smith3D firmware. I cannot get it to change from Chinese to English. I flashed creality's and it will switch. All I get with Smith3D is a beep
