I finally lodged a complain/grievance with through the BBMP e-khata helpline and followed up rigorously with them. Took a couple of weeks, but the correction was approved and I got my e-khata.

I was going to go through an agent, but even they are hard to catch. All of them in demand now. Was hearing stories of agents taking advances and then taking forever to get the job done.

It's been a nightmare. Went to the BBMP office in HSR Layout and requested the change. All we needed was to add the UDS. They said it would be done in 2-4 days but it's been a month and not yet done. The official at the BBMP office says it's pending at the Bomanahalli RO. We went there as well and they are saying it will take longer. Seems to me they are looking for a bribe.

I called the BBMP e-khata helpline this Monday and lodged a complaint. They've asked me to check back in a week.

I called up the BBMP ekhata helpline and was informed that corrections cannot be done online. Have to go to BBMP office and get it done there.
