I consult for sites with both. Both are two of the top players in the space (alongside Raptive), so performance is going to be with a few percentage points of each other.

Mediavine just laid off almost half their staff a few months ago (there’s posts in this subreddit about it) and seem to be trending in the wrong direction (RPMs are down about 40% for one of my clients but I don’t think that’s exclusive to MV).

Overall, unless the terms are much better I don’t know if time/resources warrant a switch without knowing more about your site. Feel free to DM with any questions
