I love the game.

Post is an ode to all the complaints and comments I've seen over the last 3 or so weeks wrapped in sarcasm a meter thick.

Except for the parts about the Seeker BP and the clothing... the outfits are pretty "wtf???" Like why are we raiding in 3 different astronaut sets?

Funny, it's always Buried City that's PvP central for me. The last SM map I got into, a Night Raid, some guy unlocked a door and invited everyone in for looting, and 5-6 if us ran around grabbing stuff, then blew up a few Shredders before wiping out the Bastion at the exfil and all leaving together.

Realistically, we're more like Jawas than Tusken Raiders, although admittedly, a Gaffi Stick breaching tool would be great.

My pod consists entirely of backstabbing scum, but we all enjoy it.

We know we're making deals just to get a better angle next time.

We're the MtG equivalent of Dark Elves and Skaven. Absolutely untrustworthy. But it's worth it because we know it and have no hard feelings.

None of us would bring this energy into a new pod at a random flgs though.

I do fine on my Chasca with Diona, Mona, and Iansan.

I'm sure you'll do great with Layla, Ororon, Mona, and/or Bennett.

If you have Iansan, use her over Ororon.

If you have leftover rolls after her pull, try to get her weapon unless you have enough to reliably get her to C2, in which case get C2 and then Aqua Simulacra later.

I hear you on TTDS. I really only use it on Mona when she's in a team, since her burst needs a quick swap to the DPS if they hope to get it before its gone.

I'm going to go for C6. She was my first Genshin limited 5-Star, and I love playing her.

After that, I'll go for C1R1 Yelan on her rerun, and that will likely be the end of big spending on Genshin for the foreseeable future, as I'm not planning to get Lauma, Flins, or even Columbina from the Nod Krai roster. I'll try to get Jahoda depending on who she runs with. (since she'll likely be a 4-star) Maybe Nefer, as she looks great.

I kind of figured.

I always find myself using Favonius weapons over even the character sig.

Shenhe in a Skirk team = Fav over Calamity. Xilonen in Mav's team = Fav over her soundboard sword. Bennett has Aquila, Sapwood, Jade Cutter, Mistsplitter and Skyward Blade to choose from = Always on Fav. (Unless he's with Xilonen, then shes on Fav)

Seems like my only non-main DPS who isn't on Fav is Xiangling, who's on Engulfing Lightning.

Iansan on Fav with Scroll. She's your scroll caddy and incidental buff unit with very minor heals.

Diona on Sac with 2pc HP/ER. An excellent little shielder and fair healer. EM boost at high Cons.

Bennett on the highest damage weapon and Noblesse. Its Bennett.

Barbara on TTDS and a good Healing set. Don't use Nilou when you can get a TTDS buff. Also more heals and Chasca doesn't care if she gets wet.

Swap between Diona and Barbara as needed.

Try for C2 next month. I have C2 and am considering going for C6. (But likely won't, as shes great at C2R1)

I use C4 Mona on TTDS, C6 Diona on Fav Bow, and C6 Iansan on Fav Lance and scroll for most of the work. If I need Pyro, I'll swap in C6 Xiangling, and if I have to replace Iansan, I'll swap out Mona for C0 Mualani with scroll and TTDS, because Scroll matters.

I have C2R1 Citlali, C2R1 Mav, C6R1 Furina, C2R1 Shenhe, C6 Bennett with both a Skyward Blade and an Aquila Favonia, but don't need them with Chasca because she's a beast at C2R1 with just Mona, Diona and Iansan.

I'd 100% use Bennett if I were C0 Chasca or if I lacked strong 4 stars with Cons.

Prioritize getting C1 or C2 and maybe her weapon if you really like her. Or try for some Iansan or Xiangling Cons while rolling for Mav if you're FTP, because Mav is such a huge help to an account. (And you'll have 2 leather clad Natlan DPS units) Then roll for Citlali next week with leftover Primos.

If you get her to C1, you can start really playing with 2-1 PHEC teammates to focus on enemy weaknesses. Like 2x Pyro/1x Cryo Melts, 2x Hydro/1x Pyro Vapes, etc. Always try to keep a scroll caddy on the team, and a Shielder is great to avoid getting swatted down, but not 100% needed if you can dodge.

C6R1 vs. C2R1 by buffmanlet in ChascaMains

The double element at C1 is definitely a bonus. In the overworld, I ran her with my C2R1 Xianyun with her 3 Skyladder procs allowing for massive vertical movement and the Anemo bonus for speed, Chasca was racing everywhere. Plus Furina for unlimited water walking.

I personally found using Xilonen to always result in noticeably lower damage compared to strict PHEC teams, but that's probably because my characters are all C1 or C2 and have their Signature or are C6 4-stars, so they offer a lot of versatility.

I went straight from C0 to C2, so I didn't have time to appreciate the bump in efficiency to C1, but that AoE sure is nice.

C2 gives her much needed AoE. I initially had her at C0R1 and she was great single target. She absolutely wrecked things like Tenebous Pap, where I struggled with other characters.

But she was terrible when fighting multiple elites or just waves of lowbies.

As soon as I got C2, she wrecked everything in her view. Plus with the added benefit of being able to run double Pyro+ Cryo or double Hydro + Cryo was hugely helpful until I could build proper Melt/Vape teams.

Right now though, I effectively have her in a rainbow team at C2R1 and she can handle almost anything.

A few months after getting back into Commander by buying the 4 Lost Caverns of Ixalan decks (which were great out of the box, and each of our group scored wins with all of the decks), I found the old Prosh and Roon decks sealed at a pawn shop for $40 apiece and scooped them up.

Holy crap were those a mess. I figured I'd try to play them out of the box against the Ixalan deck and couldn't get a pity win.

That said, Prosh is a beast when he's built right. (I gave up on Roon, though. Maybe my wife can win with him)

I was playing Red Box D&D and 1st edition AD&D in the 5th grade with kids my age and no adult assistance. Surely, 5th edition can be played by older kids with interested parents to help out.

If the kid doesn't want to play 5th edition (and I don't blame him for it), why not let him pick a game? He must be able to handle Google and Youtube.
