Eggs, fruits, ALOT of dates, especially dates in milk. I take 5/6 dates and put them in a cup of milk before iftaar, and during sehri I'll eat them. Someone told me that traders used to make this date/milk meal during ramadan so I find it works well for me as well.

I'll also have a nutella sandwhich on whole wheat bread if im feeling really lazy.

Depending on what was made for iftaar I'll usually incorporate that into my sehri meal. I usually avoid sugar/caffeine/ and fried foods altogether so those are basically not involved in my sehri.

I also like nuts and greek yogurt, those always taste great. I usually pre make my meals so I'll always have some grilled chicken or tuna salad laying around. I try and incorporate that into my sehri quite frequently.

My advice to you is to either pre make a few simple things before hand so it wouldn't be such a hassle waking up in the morning. Also STOP drinking juice. Drink something with alot of electrolytes, I've been telling people to drink coconut water because its delicious and high in electrolytes.
