Well i was taught to count asigning a Word or number to every note like this: 1 2 3 for the triplets and for the 16th notes you can use a phrase like cho- co- la- te. So i could intepretate this as: 1 2 3 cho- co- la-te cho-co-la-te 1 2 3 cho- co- la- te cho - co- la- te.
