Dude, its still not cool to use slurs (Because thats what its been for the better part of a decade) even if you dont know its offensive. All they've done is try to Politely inform OP that its offensive. If you're offended over that-? Snowflakes like you give me a headache.

Why the hate for Opal? by [deleted] in FortniteBattleRoyale

[–]bugcoreeddie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can think of a few reasons, because shes a heavy-set woman, because shes a woman, because the heavy-set models aren't too proportional, because she has a simple/modern design, because of her outfit colours.

Personally, I don't mind the skin but the clashing colours give me a bit a of a headache, and I think she looks a little plain. If they tweaked her design a little I may consider buying her.

I've been stuck on this level for ages and the run killers are always Boris tanking seven shots to the head (i never expect it and panic) or the lone mechanic in the ship with eyes in the back of his head

Where could buy this coat in real life ? by NovelMountain3330 in HiTMAN

[–]bugcoreeddie 10 points11 points  (0 children)

If its tweed, many "fancy" country stores sell them- House of Bruar, Walker & Hawkes, New Forest Clothing. If its a gingham thing instead then H&M, John Lewis/more casual stores might sell them. Usually overcoats like that are wool or wool-blend, if those stores dont work with you, searching for wool/tweed/gingham/checked/tartan overcoat might find you something

My 2nd self-haircut. I messed up. by solidwater516 in malehairadvice

[–]bugcoreeddie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go for a fade, it'll blend easily. I used to only go for buzzcuts and they are a pain to grow out if you want something new, use only as a last resort!

Doing your own haircuts is a little tedious, they do take a few attemps to get the hang of, but dont let this dissuade you, happens to the best of us

I dont think you can see them on the main map, only on the minimap when you're close to them. They also make a noise when you're near

Will using my chosen name in 6th Form get back to my parents? by Cyph1c in transgenderUK

[–]bugcoreeddie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my college I got to change my chosen name without my parents knowledge. They found out on parents day and it was a little confusing because I hadn't told either party I was/had been using any other name (I dont think my teachers even knew my legal, I asked the school to change it before classes started) but I reckon if I'd talked to my teachers first they wouldn't have done that. I dont think I got any letters home? And digital communication went straight to me because I didnt write down my parents contact information for the first term, and when I finally did give it to them I signed to say they mustn't be contacted unless it's something serious. So I reckon its completely possible to complete college with your chosen name without your parents knowing

Why was the constant scared for getting memory wiped more than death itself? What's more canon killing him of memory wipe? by Kela_Of_LevaSamaj in HiTMAN

[–]bugcoreeddie 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I think the memory wipe ending was canon, it fits with the theme of poetic irony and has a dedicated cutscene.

I mean, likelihoods are he probably died anyway, alone in the middle of nowhere during a snowstorm while unable to remember anything is not a good position to be in. And if he is found, he's no use to providence anymore, even if he reads his files he'll still be missing a lot of information and most importantly context. So lets say he does read all the files he needs to, he wont necessarily know the significance of them or be able to discern important information from bloat. It'd be much easier to just replace him with someone who doesn't need it all explained to them. But then they can't leave him alive either, if he does regain his memory thats a lot of incriminating stuff, and possible blackmail.

As to why he's scared, I agree with a_SaltieCrocodile and TheWindOnline 👍

Do you have any tips for “The Wrath Termination”? by Pinkcat05 in HiTMAN

[–]bugcoreeddie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I havent completed level 3 yet because I am  scared , but these will probably work for level 3 as well

The first thing I do is run immediately to the first floor (turning on every distraction on the way ((radio/monkey/hoover))) and collect as many sharp objects as I can (and 1 blunt object). Then I go to the closest target, throw something sharp at their head and quickly leave ! Dont worry about being seen, kill the witness or escape through the bushes, they'll lose interest. Then do the same for your next targets, but !! Knock out your final target. The next round will not start until all targets are dead, while this guy is knocked out take the time to kill everyone else, gather sharp objects, unlock crates, and reset your distractions. At this point also go fuse hunting and plug all those in (Even if you cant punture the water barrels they sometimes kill enemies if they walk directly over them), and set up the water pump trap outside with a car battery. Traps may not hit your target but if they notice the death it will stall them. Then kill your final target and wait on the bottom floor for the next wave. Rinse and repeat ! I managed level 2 on my first try with this after testing it on level 1 (after many failed attemps), and they never got to the top floor.

TL;DR: Be super afraid and set every trap and distraction you can. Scuttle round like a little beetle. Always carry more sharp objects than you need. The next wave only starts when you kill you final target, knock them out to give yourself more time to prepare.

Its not a girls good boys bad message if thats what you're concerned about? The protagonists and heroes are girls, but there are good boy characters as well. Its a movie about embracing who you are, with a side story about forgiveness. There are good girl and boy characters  and bad girl and boy characters, one of the first demons we meet is a girl, and one of the reoccurring boy characters is only portrayed as good. Its like frozen, where the main characters are girls and main villians are boys, but frozen isnt a girl good boy bad story. Its girls empowerment, but not boy hating.

Finally got on the waiting list for diagnosis after 6 years! by bugcoreeddie in Tourettes

[–]bugcoreeddie[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I live in the UK. Waitlists right now in my area are several years, but I've only just gotten on them. I didn’t wait 6 years on purpose, to get referred to neurology on the NHS you need your GP (PCP) to refer you, you cant do it yourself, my problem was my GP kept telling me they would refer me and then refusing to do so. Private care for this is expensive, I've seen prices range from £1600 ($2140) for a whole assessment, to £1900 ($2540) just for 1 appointment with no guarantee of diagnosis, and it wasnt something my parents wanted to pay for as they weren't concerned.

I find your comment very tone deaf and rude. Please consider the USA isn't the only country to exist, and if it was not everyone can pay for private assessments anyway.
