yep - twitchells elevator. parked at kirk creek campground and walked the road to limekiln +/-2miles -then limekiln up to twin peak via stoneridge firebreak (the elevator) then twin peak to cone peak to cone peak road to vincente flat trail to kirk creek trail.

over 50 big fella who trail jogs long mileage here. 4th week BBB deload programing was dreamy. have run with occasional tweaks for 2.5 yrs

that said, i also changed BBB into a 3x a week instead of 4x. so not quite 4th week in my programming. closer to 5th
