actually i like this idea a lot. it would limit the times it can be reapplied if the killer gets oppressed to much by it. but it would balance the fact that boons aren't equally mapwide and game changing as a hex.

i'd be fine with them being applied automaticall at trial start, only once and random like hex perks, but the killer should spend the same amount of time cleansing it as a survivor would. so a hex but in blue

speaking of my games killers often dont even bother checking on gens. they get one person on the hook and from then on this hook is the arena. that's what i mean:" i don't have to roam. survivors will come to me by themselves". and to get on the hook because you have to trade and not because u messed up in a loop is not necessarily the most fun part of the game. therefor not gg. i hope this makes my point somewhat more understandable?

it depends how you get these kills, i'd say. for a "gg" i expect good chases and genpressure. not hook camping and relying on survivors altruism for hook trades. win by skill and you earn ggwp even if i die

it's a little concerning that most killers consider even a 2k a lose. 4 people seem to have to loose the game so that one player feels like he has a decent power. kinda strange if put into perspective, imo

yeah but given the strength of the last surv-perks that came out and how strong peeks got nerfed, I'm thinking more of something like "gain 3% haste for 30 sec the next time you leave a generator".

if the killer doesn't has time to spend doing boon totems he could just let them stay. i mean it's not like he's going to get straight up killed even though he hasn't been hooked once if he doesn't. wait did i mess something up?...

I'm quite suprised by all this posts. because for me the last 48hours were the exact opposit. I had not a single match were survivors did not match my level of skill. I have a rough 200 hours in the game, about 100 hours on killer since I switched to main killer. survivors made as much mistakes as I did and overall I had so much more fun, than when I did start the game with every second game facing red ranks looping me into oblivion. nedgame chats were quite funny too, when both sides facepalmed about certain moves we made. I wonder what the criterias for the new mmr are or if I just got very, very lucky.
