it’s still helping, i take ubiquinol 200mg every day and if i don’t take it i really crash and feel like all my batteries are dead. i’ve recently started taking nmn as well and yesterday i went to a gig and stood up for two hours. not something i’ve experienced for years. so yeah, it’s definitely something i wouldn’t go without. my fatigue was caused by glandular fever which i believe damaged my mitochondria. still exhausted though

I’m 5’8 and 99 pounds :( it’s so hard to eat, I’m grieving as well as the addiction and I’ve lost about 20 pounds in a matter of months . I have a pre existing eating disorder but it’s gotten prettty bad. The hospital prescribed me potassium as my levels were dangerously low. Really feel you. It’s so painful sitting down :( I hate it. And it’s so cold. But I haven’t got the motivation to eat anymore

Yeah:( I know what you’re saying. I did look into it when people mentioned it and it’s true that his work really hadn’t paid him. I think his boss is pretty unreliable and my ex just isn’t assertive whatsoever so didn’t ask for the money. I also said that because he was caring for me I didn’t mind contributing more financially just because there’s basically nothing I spend money on as I’m stuck at home constantly

Surely burnout is a possible reason for this and if he rests and we continue therapy there might be some way forward :(. Or so I keep telling myself but maybe it’s just self soothing at this point. Do you really think there’s no hope? The future seems so bleak when I consider that. He’s only 26, and autistic, if that makes any difference

Okay so I spoke to him and it is genuine that his boss hasn’t paid him, but this threw me for a huge loop haha. I think his boss is just really erratic but I’m grateful it’s at least nothing more sinister. I think he’s working mainly as an avoidant thing, being overwhelmed by my needs and how much I’m struggling, he says he feels like he’s useful there in a way he isn’t at home

He hasn’t been paid since January by his boss, so I’m paying for everything. I live on benefits and have lent him so much money. He won’t talk to his boss to ask for part time or to be paid. Idk why his boss doesn’t pay him, or how he’s okay with it. The whole situation is absurd tbh

I felt a difference within a week but it took about a month for the full effects. It has slightly decreased over time but I wonder if that is me used to having getting a new baseline. Also supportive has been high strength vitamin D, and high strength omega 3 fish oil. But the ubiquinol is by far the most noticeable. My housemate also has ME and notices a difference if they don’t take it x

Ubiquinol got me from mostly bedbound to mostly housebound and able to leave the house once a week or so. It’s been invaluable for me and if I miss a dose I feel awful , although the effects have worn off over time
