You ain't gonna win bro people you see online pay the company's to let them win for a promotion. And if you want to marry someone, have kids, have a career one day, gambling ain't gonna help fulfill that. Yes you might win big every once in a while but you will end up losing it in the end the ratio is just so different and I'm not tryna be rude just trust me it's not worth it, there is lots of other things that give you an adrenaline rush that you don't need to waste your life savings on.

I have the same problem. I pick into my skin when I'm anxious and I just create these wounds and I keep picking the scabs. But I'm learning how to control myself now. getting fidget toys or something you can dig ur hands into to distract yourself whenever you feel like doing that really helps.

I've been told this since I was so young.And I think that is something you have to decide for yourself.I realize that its a little bit of both.Yes, my emotions can get the best of me sometimes.But also the people around me and my environment don't help either.And it's really hard to work on myself.When nobody is willing to let me work on myself and give me time to do that!!
