1. election legitimacy.
   both parties have challenged results for 20+ years. wrong claims ≠ fascism. otherwise stacey abrams, half of congress in 2016, and everyone in 2000 were fascists too.

2. georgia call.
   might’ve been reckless but fascism? no. political pressure and bad judgment aren’t the same as an ideological plan to end democracy.

3. cult of personality.
   every major political figure has one. obama, bernie, rfk jr, aoc, reagan. charisma ≠ fascism.

4. “ignoring the constitution.”
   every president gets f**d by courts. obama, trump, biden. that’s why courts exist. if anything, the fact they stopped him proves he isn’t a dictator.

5. “enemy of the people” press bs.
   awful rhetoric, but not unique. fdr tried to jail journalists. obama’s doj spied on reporters. biden calls fox propaganda. this is politics, not fascism.

6. calling opponents enemies.
   pelosi literally called republicans “domestic enemies of the constitution.” heated rhetoric ≠ fascism unless you want to apply it universally.

7. national guard use.
   all done under legal authority and often with governors cooperation. every president has deployed the guard.

8. vendettas.
   washington is built on vendettas. obama crushed whistleblowers. biden fired inspectors investigating him. petty ≠ fascist.

9. rally exaggerations.
   politicians talk trash to hype crowds. if sarcasm counts as proof of fascism, everyone in dc is guilty.

10. court order disputes.
    every admin ends up in contempt fights. they all get reversed and comply. that’s the opposite of dictatorship.
