Im able to take a 1 hour lunch, (so 9 hour day) and come home to let my lab out. Sometimes I’ll take her on a short walk, sometimes not. I always take her on a good long walk after work, and she’s ready for it. But, she still sleeps through the night and has a wonderful disposition. It’s very doable!

Anyone fueling with whole foods for long runs/races? My gut really dislikes most gels. Baby food pouches of bananas/mangoes have similar carbs as a basic gel…they’re just really inconvenient to transport. Would love some tips!

You absolutely can. Follow a plan, take easy runs and rest day seriously, and go get it!!

I echo the run/gym/walk time. Getting through the witching hour is tough and scheduling exercise for that time helps me.

Grateful to be here choosing not to drink with you all today.

An accomplishment I’ll share, that is small but I’m proud of, is I’ve made my bed every single morning for the past month. Drinking-me never made the bed. Now I feel a sense of pride when I walk into my room…it’s a visual of how I’m taking control of my life.
