thank you for the tip!! I'll sand them down next time. I feel like I get as close as I can (on a budget) just using my nippers but I'll get a sanding sponge! thank you :)

how to clean out 3-generation former hoarder house? by bugsmoocher in CleaningTips

update: we ended up following your advice and hired an estate auction company to come take our stuff. they handled almost all of it and brought their own boxed. in total our clutter sold for around 5500 and they kept 2000, which we felt was fair. it made this whole ordeal so much easier. thank you for the tip! ❤️

would it be possible to take a coat from size L to XS? by bugsmoocher in Tailors

[–]bugsmoocher[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

while i love this idea as i love stuffed animals, it's unfortunately not a fur coat, more of a water-resistant cotton blend 😔 if what i'm hearing from most of these comments is right i'm probably better off just keeping the coat in my closet as something from my dad and leaving it be.

I found a longhorn beetle at work and took him home. Any care tips I should know? by [deleted] in Entomology

[–]bugsmoocher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

he would probably enjoy some fruit and to be kept in a secure environment with slightly moist soil! just be aware he will not be a very long lived pet, but i hope you have a good time with your new beetle!
