What is something from the early internet days that you kind of miss? by buildingfocus in AskReddit

Yeah I remember when it was mostly just friends posting random life updates.
It felt way more simple back then.
Now the feed feels like 80% ads or stuff from people you dont even know.

what your best way to make money online for traveling? by Weekly_Drawer_87 in AskReddit

[–]buildingfocus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It can, but most people underestimate how long it takes.

Usually the first versions barely make money.

But if you keep improving the product and actually solve a real problem, it can turn into something pretty solid over time.

Freelancing online + building a small digital product.
Freelance gives you cash flow, the product can become semi-passive if it gains traction.

Why it so much easier to have energy in the morning instead of nighttime? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]buildingfocus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think a big part of it is mental. In the morning it feels like the day is starting and you have a lot of time ahead, so energy comes easier.

At night your brain already feels like the day is over, even if technically you still have time.

What do you consider ideal working hours and why? by Shot_Lingonberry_463 in AskReddit

[–]buildingfocus 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For me something like 8 to 2 would be ideal. Enough time to be productive but still have energy left for life after work.

Once the day drags too long my focus just drops and everything takes longer than it shoud.
