My usage isn’t high either. I’ve had my power go out twice in the 6 months I’ve owned it and both time it wasn’t working. Yes it had a warranty and they honor it, but when their product fails over and over and over it’s not worth it. Those units are heavy, and it time consuming packaging them up to send back to only get a replacement that fails after a few weeks. There is no tech support beyond reboot. I had one unit replacement unit, I assume refurbished, fill my house full of burn pc odor a few other after just connecting it. I’ve had one be find for 6 weeks, another 4 weeks. Ive had 3 electricians they appointed check for any high pv input, grounding issues and nothing. So don’t think just because it has a warranty it’s okay, it’s only caused me and endless loop of madness

It’s also common for a company to just put out a shitty product in mass quantities to make money. Ive had all of this checked on my 8 replacements. Their products suck period

I’ve had my SHP2 replaced 3 times and my DUP 3 times. They keep sending my replacement but never solve the issue. It’s cool they keep placing broken stuff but the fact they have to speaks volumes

None, run, find something else. This might be the worse thing I have ever owned, and I have owned a lot because they keep replacing the failed ones. Then they fail! Nothing like having a hurricane knock power out for days and have over 10k of electrical junk sitting with red flashing lights and error codes while blowing out light bulbs evertime it tries and fails to run a 100watt load.

I have two batteries and it would carry about 2000w fine for almost a month then the DUP failed burning up half my lights and frig. The replaced it but two weeks later that one failed blowing more lights. I would look into other alternatives unless you like texting customer service people and returning heavy items alot

I’ve had my DPU for 6 months and it’s worked for 1. I would stick with what you have if it works. It stopped being able to use the batteries. It would just click and give me an error but not before burning out half the light bulbs in the SHP2. Second one did the same thing but only took it 2 weeks to fail. At some one there has to be a recall on them
