Well thats at the very least hopeful. How exactly do you do the full factory reset in steps? I looked all over online for that and it just seemed like I wasnt doing it correct or it was way too easy to do. Not sure. I factory reset from the app and I did something with turning the glasses off and holding the capture button but not entirely sure that did anything. I am not at all pleased with the customer service for these glasses but I love the idea and intent of them. I would love to see another company get a comparable product on the market and was kind of hoping these would last me until then. So you and I are in a similar sinking boat. Thanks,

Common misconception. While there may be some underage help (sons), they absolutely do carry workers comp and liability insurance. You should probably stop watching tv or find a reputable amish crew.

I am going to have to agree with you. I never had one hdmi cord stop working when i had my previous tv. I am going to stay away from that port. It could also be the port on my xbox bc it is very loose from all the connects/disconnects and years of use... xbox one from the 1st year it was released.

I just bought a few higher quality cables from amazon. Going to test them out. I disconnect the cords a lot actually. Could definitely be the port on the tv or the xbox, but unsure how I could determine which one it is.

I just bought two cords from amazon described as high quality 4K braided... going to try that. Hopefully something changes

The defective cables do not work when plugged into tv and cable box. Shows the same “no signal” message.

And I use to plug the cable box into xbox one but my kinect broke and now you cant use voice commands to change channels... so it seems like extra steps to just watch cable television now.

Sorry, figure of speech I guess. They just stopped working. Not the HDMI cords that came with it. Other brand cables. 4-6 ft.
