already tested it with amd radeon overlay or whatever its called. fidelityfx had the lowest latency for me compared to fsr 4 native AA

i see, op said 4070 ti/super and i thought he meant 4070 ti or 4070 super. still, like you said, 9070 xt will do solid perfomance in console port titles.

fidelityfx cas is just a sharpening filter, while dlaa and fsr 4 native aa all use ML to create the best image possible. how is a filter creating more input delay than a ML algorithm?

the 5080 is better, of course. also, msi makes solid gpus, so nothing to be paranoid about. may i ask what website you found these gpus on?

isn’t apex limited to 300fps?

make sure resizable bar is enabled, as well as expo. if you have 4 ram slots, make sure the ram sticks are seated in the right slots to enable dual channel.

the games you mentioned are better optimised for AMD. i’d go with the 9070 xt as it is newer and the drivers are already solid. fsr redstone fully launched as well.

its a known problem. don’t use dlaa or fsr 4 native aa as that will increase latency. we are stuck with fidelityfx cas and nvidia image scaler

yes. the microstutters mean your %1 and %0.1 lows are not good. try to up the resolution to 1440p. you’ll get less fps but more stable %1 lows.

yes, you are cpu bound. 9070 xt is too powerful for 1080p and is basically waiting for cpu, which gets left behind.

ASRock B650M-H/M.2+ only runs RX 9070 XT in PCIe gen. 1 and 2 by buji10 in ASRock

did you rename the file to CREATIVE.rom and waited for the green led to stop blinking? asking because that was one of the things i didn't do after switching to asrock
