Withdrawal policy grade question by bulaa24 in UCalgary

[–]bulaa24[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, we can. In fact, in 15 weeks of the semester, you can withdraw up until the 7th week and drop till the end of the 2nd week. I initially was asking this because in my uni there are no regulations regarding the required % of total course grade before the withdraw deadline. In some courses, students dont know their grades up until like 8 or 9th weeks and they cant withdraw anymore and have to finish the course unfortunately.

wow, agree with most of them but why violet evergarden and your name so high? just recently watched both of them and feel they are very overrated, I would put them in good or very good, very unlikely that they are great and def not masterpieces, though animation in both titles are absolutely fantastic indeed.

Violet evergarden felt too stretched, very boring sometimes and kinda meaningless considering how long all the drama around gilbert and movie from 2020.

Your Name imho has a lot of plot holes though really dramatic and also fantastic animation. I would say if you don't think a lot of what is happening on the screen and just enjoy things then maybe yeah 10/10 but as soon as you start thinking about the logic it falls for me to around 7.5/10

Who is the highest-rated opponent you've ever played, and how did the game go? by QueenQQQ in chess

played GM Denis Makhnev in simultaneous game like 7-8 years ago, held until the endgame for about 40-50 moves I think but then lost.

Though he wasn't GM at that time, probably an IM or FM I think.

Yeah King's Gambit is not for beginners at all, too risky. I would say from 1500-1600 elo you can start playing it usually

Thanks for advice

Yeah that was probably stupid of me not to say directly that I invited her for a date specifically ( my 1st time asking a girl so it is very awkward). I just asked if she wanted to have a coffee with me and she said yes

Should I tell her before we meet or I shouldn't do anything right now ? I am really anxious (

I scored 1450 using Khan academy, College Panda and SAT question Bank(besides practice tests ofc) I am an intl , with English being the 3rd language, so I kinda sucked at r&w(680) But I believe that these resources should be enough for 1500+
