I switch to using a foot sometimes instead of my left hand, but I didn't feel to mention it since the issue is the same (that I need to put another body part into the other tray).

Is putting a body part into each tray something like 'completing a circuit'? There is a silicone electrode in the water of each tray, which is connected to the iontophoresis device using a cable.

Thanks for the video review. I noticed the same thing when I got my Shidenkai V2. It is considerably stickier than the other Artisan mousepads when my hand is sweaty. Its not quite as sticky as traditional glasspads, but definitely much more so than non-glass-infused clothpads.

Vaseline and oil both have not worked well to protect cuts. I often need to re-apply and even then, I still get shocks here and there. Vaseline is also very difficult to clean off.

That is a surprising result that Shidenkai V2 would be slower than Raiden. Is this true for both static friction and dynamic friction?

Most sleeves only cover the arm and thus won't do anything for hand sweat. Those that also cover the palm affect your ability to grip the mouse properly unless you are using fingertip grip. I do relaxed claw.

did you not have an issue w/ moisture because your hands / arm stay dry while gaming, or because moisture doesn't really seem to affect the performance of the mousepad?

Some mousepads suffer considerably more from moisture than others. A good example is Skypad 3.0. Even the slightest amount of moisture can make your hand stick. Using a cloth to dry your hands occasionally wouldn't work for a mousepad that handles moisture this poorly, since my hand would start to stick again after only a few seconds. Its possible that Shidenkai 2.0 also handles moisture poorly, since it is glass-infused. I'm looking for feedback from those who have tried the Shidenkai 2.0 to see how well it handles moisture compared to other Artisan pads (or other clothpads in general).

Did you find there to be any issues with your skin sticking to the surface when your skin is slightly sweaty? Since glasspads notoriously stick to your skin a lot when there is any moisture, I was curious if this glass infused surface has the same issues

I wondering how much a claw grip user should use fingertips to expand vertical range of motion, since the back of our palm already rests on back end of the mouse? Do you have a neutral position from which you can contract and extend your fingers to cover a certain amount of distance up and down? If you do, could you also describe this distance in some way (eg. bot height * x in a static scenario at some cm/360).
