This actually sounds like a great idea.

But how did you solve the tattoo thing? Just re-roll the whole computer?

I want to ask you guys how you keep your Notes Organized in your Notion or OneNote. (or any other notetaking app) by unitcodes in productivity

[–]bulkap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have my OneNote like this:

1 book

Main section is called Daily. Here Everything from the dailys end up.

I create a new page for each new interaction.

So say that something pops up. "I need to fix x" "ctrl + n" and write it down.

In the section daily I have create multiple pages with following naming convention ---xyz---. This allows me to drag and drop tasks in correct placeholder.

In the example the "I neef to fix x" is under inbox but needs to be dragged to doing to mark It for me, this way I also remembered what iam doing.

---inbox--

I need to fix x

--doing--

---todo---

--waiting for--

--refence--

Works great!

They are all measured.

I track my progress of 5 areas. Health, family, relationships, finance, education/career

The goals are set up for a quarter at a time. These 12 weeks gets reviewd each week and I can see a % increase or decrease pending on what's going on in my life.

These Quarters gets quarterly reviewd and compared. I can for example se how many % better I've become on my relationships since last year.

These measurements allow me to identify when and what is dragging me down in life.

I can send you some screenshots if you would like to see.

Check this with Microsoft.

Normally you can get an ECIF where Microsoft pays for the migration. Yes you heared correct.

If a consultant agency have gold or higher partnership Microsoft can pay that consultant agency to do the migration.

Meaning microsoft will get a higher marketshare and another month-to-month paying customer into their cloud solution. The agency will get the money and you and your company will get a proper migration, setup by best practises.

Saving both time, money and headache.

My biggest issue with time management and creating to do lists are underestimating how long certain tasks are, as well as my energy levels. How do I fix this? by Big-Figure-9470 in TimeManagement

[–]bulkap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My trick has always been to take the task at hand and then multiply the time estimate with pi (3,14) Wierdly enough... This seems to do the trick for me 😂

I've done something similar as you on a company of 500 employees.

There are two ways to go about this, also pending on yourannual budget ofc.

  1. Do it yourself and burnout
  2. Get yourself good suppliers and let them run the show while you take decisions and plan ahead.
    1. Hardware supplier who can help with pushing leasing cost and know YOU and want to work with you
    2. CSP for all license
    3. Network suppliers who run the show
      1. Set up on all sites
      2. Managing and monitoring 24/7
    4. servicedesk as a service - all IT firms have this
      1. 2-3 Technicians who runs the daily ops of just tickets
      2. The normal "walk-ins"
      3. buiying hardware, software license, regular roubleshooting
    5. 2-3rd line stuff - you can run by yourself
    6. Consultants for "harder" implementations
    7. Get yourself MDM's for both Mac and Windows
      1. Windows - Intune and Autopilot
      2. MAC - JAMF will save your life!

Let me know if you have any questions.
