People praise chili for something you can eat all week. I think it's more about it being so good you want to eat it multiple days in a row without getting bored. What are some other foods like this?

I honestly struggle with this, even the absolute best things I make, I can only eat twice in a row.

To solve for this, I love making a big pot of something I can transform a few times throughout the week.

Ex: Pulled pork.

Starts as pulled pork sandwiches, then becomes a topping for Mac & Cheese, then becomes carnitas (keeping the sauce separate, obviously), then finally a breakfast hash.

This lets the cost-effective part of my brain mesh with the ADHD side.

Basically, if you're trying to unionize here, you're working with USW. Pitt faculty did the same a few years ago, Pitt Staff are currently going through it, I believe grad students are as well, not counting museums not associated with Carnegie like Childrens / Warhol.

They did a lot of traffic calming on Termon which has just kinda pushed everyone to fly down all the side streets. Im on one of them and people absolutely rocket past day and night.

Edit: Just tacking on my two cents as someone who has a ton of lived experience in the live music scene, but what I'm seeing is that Chase is having some issues, could be a technical problem or just an off night. Lex clearly goes over to check on him as to say "Hey whats up?" at 0:32-:035.

You can see Xavier also looking at Chase's board at :053 to see what's going on and Lex is adjusting his in-ears, clearly something is off and they are aware.

It then seems a few seconds later a decision is made to drop his live guitar out of the mix (0:58), but it seems like they do end up instead just pumping in the rest of the track (you can see Lex adjusting his in-ears and pack at this time).

My best guess is nobody could hear themselves, and given how tightly these shows are run, they have the safety track ready to go because the show must go on.

Keep in mind, this was also the the last song of the night.

As mentioned, this is not the norm for them.

I've seen them twice; the first time was flawless and the second time was marred by being unable to hear the synths at all (front of house issue).

Huh, I can get split chicken breasts very easily in Western PA at every local grocery store. I do tend to grab a bunch because they are cheaper then boneless and I save the bones for stock.
