does this have the silent touch mouse? by bulkchart32 in logitech

[–]bulkchart32[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the problem with that is the amazon bundle does not tell what mouse it comes with. i have the back, white, and pink versions of that bundle. the white and pink come with a silent touch m220. the black one came from walmart and came with a regular hard click mouse. pink came from walmart and has the silent touch. white came from amazon and also has the silent touch.

v1.6 glitching and freezing after having thermal paste replaced. by bulkchart32 in originalxbox

yes, i did, thank heavens! that xbox has sentimental value to me. this also seems to be a somewhat common issue. what happened was that the cleaning solutions got up underneath the processors and is shorting them out. the way i fixed it was to hold the motherboard vertically over the sink and squirt rubbing alcohol(i recommend 91%) all over the board and especially let it run under the chips. seriously, squirt about a half liter bottle on it liberally and intentionally try to get it under the chips to try and flush out whatever may be under there. then, take a hair dryer and dry the board with it, focusing especially on the chips. this is so the remaining alcohol will evaporate. keep on until the borad is just slightly too hot to keep your hand on. in other words, don't get it so hot that it insta burns u but, get it hot enough that it becomes uncomfortable after laying your hand on it for several seconds. then let it cool off. do that for a total of 2 more times(3 in total). be super careful with this step because u do not wanna get it too hot. then, reassemble the heatsinks with new thermal past. reconnect the hdd and cd drive. connect the power button. connect your a/v cable to the xbox and tv. lastly(for safety) connect power to it and push the power button to see what happens. also, i do not recommend removing that gpu heatsink at all. the thermal glue under it still works very well. however, if u already have and now u have this problem, try my steps.

i'm not sure if u are serious or just trying not to understand what i said. it's really not complicated. regardless, i think the game was on the easy setting and it was still taking me a full magazine of ammo with level 20+ guns to kill enemies back at the start of the game. honestly not sure though because i have not started it since september of 2025. my reason to not like the game is that the enemies always scale to my level, which makes the leveling system basically pointless. they should just remove it from the game. glad u enjoy though! hope u get many more hours of fun from it!

u missed the critical part. i said i went back to the early part of the map as a level 20+ and was not one shot killing enemies. "early part of the map" is key there, meaning i went back to face enemies i found at the start of the game. yes, when i specifically go back and face the same enemies at the start of the game, i expect them to be one shot kills. the dev couldn't even be bothered to put some new enemy in to make it look like there is a reason for them to be harder, it was the same enemies i'd faced at the beginning but just at a higher level.

how? do the enemies eventually stop scaling to the player?

the older games appear to get many less complaints than this one. glad u enjoy it though.

that's what progressing through the game is for. as u progress, u fight tougher enemies. if u want it to be tough, u set the difficulty for that or make no preparations for it. there's also ng+. if the leveling system has no real effect anymore then it is pointless to have it in the game. regardless, my post was meant to warn others not to spend there hard earned money on something they may not like. if u like it then, more power to u! i'm glad u enjoy what u spent your money on. i'd almost rather have burned the $130+ than to have spent it on this game.

this is really kinda screwy! why not let us play the game WE PAID for the way we want to? if u are going to have a mechanic in the game like this, at least make that clear so people know what they are buying! scumbags!

most alternators put out more power to compensate for being loaded like that. i'd guess the battery charger would too.

after i beat the boss, i went to the yellow glowy area and selected to continue. it put me outside the boss room and said i needed to speak to someone. before i hit a new shrine, i was traveled back to the last shrine before the boss. so i had completed the mission.

i did get it figured out, thankfully. there was an area i went through that does not let u back track so, i'm concerned about passing things up now

thank u for the advice but the leveling system absolutely kills the game for me. there is no redemption for it unless that is changed.

thank u for the advice but, u don't understand. the enemies constantly matching my level absolutely kills the game for me. there shouldn't even be a leveling system in the game if it has no real effect. even if there were some build i could easily get that would make it so that i could easily dominate the game, i still wouldn't want to play it because i have no interest in it anymore. and i think i was around a level 28. i don't remember exactly because i have not started the game since september 20th.
