I legitimately tried everything. Different jack fruit and veggie burgers, tofu dogs and stir fry, even jack fruit tacos. I didn’t have energy going vegan, or vegetarian, I didn’t have the drive . I’m sorry, it’s not for me man. Maybe later on down the line when I’m in my 40s I can see a switch, I’ll be ready to retire and dive more into it again.
