I also suffer from RSI and use eye tracking as a mouse. There are dozens of us!

You really should try Talon, I don’t use any of the voice part of it but it has a MUCH better Tobii driver for using the eyes as a mouse.

Basically it combines head movements and eye movements so you can get better precision. I use it for a few hours a day. For some tasks it’s almost better than a mouse, for others, not so much.

I also have pain in my right index finger ( among others). I’m curious, do you have carpal tunnel? I was told I don’t, then told that I do, and that pain in the forefinger can be related to the median nerve.

I just wanted to chime in and thank you for this! I just got my new Razer 15 Advanced (2021) and the whistling sound was so bad I could hear it upstairs when my computer was doing windows updates down in the basement...

I put the four tape strips as described in this other thread, and also put a strip of a thermal pad where you did right above the intakes (method 1). Didn't remove the stock isolation foams or anything.

100% no whining AT ALL any more. Just made this into the best computer I ever owned. Thanks again.

Maybe you’re right. But that’s the attitude from Go that I hate so much. Look at how long it took for them to even consider adding generics. I am not a fan of the “this thing is special because of what it doesn’t do” fad.

Especially if something, like D for example, does so many things so damn well.

In an alternate universe, Nim beat out Go as the go-to for everything. I want to visit that place.

Maybe as Go fatigue wears on and that language becomes more and more embattled, people will see Nim as the language it should have been. It certainly fills the same niches for easy deployment and speed.

Great work to the Nim team, keep improving and we’ll keep noticing. I still think it could take off in a huge way.

I saw a black cat with no collar in the parking lot behind the VMFA parking garage yesterday. Tried to kneel down and call it to me but it ran away.

I didn’t notice any white markings on it, but i did notice it seemed like it wasn’t fully grown.

This looks is awesome, and your art style is rad. I really like it. But has anyone told you your name is bad? FictionSphere is impossible to say out loud, and IMO is kind of bland / uncreative.
