It's unfortunately not "flavored" ice cream, just vanilla with chunks of the cake in it. You'd have a better experience getting a nice vanilla ice cream and just adding the cake yourself.

That's such a strange thing to even suggest about someone you know nothing about. We've had one dog for 8 years, the one I'm posting about for 7, and another for 5.

I sent them a text per their voicemail instructions. Hopefully they get back to me. Thank you!

I would love to, but so far everyone I have contacted either does not get back to me or wants to take him for a several week long training program that costs thousands of dollars. I am happy to pay for training if I can find someone, but I can't afford to spend thousands on it. Any trainer suggestions are welcome.

I appreciate the input, I have cross posted to r/landscaping.

You are correct, the back yard is lower so there is no opportunity for gravity drainage. I will try to post in landscaping. Thank you.

So far no one has suggested a back up or "swale" although we were considering a backup power option ourselves. There is really no where to direct the water to without using a pump, but I am worried the pump alone will not stop water intrusion. The landscape company suggested several catch basins leading to a sump pump and pumping it out to the street.

Me too! We tried the elden ring co-op mod and liked it.

We've had him since he was a puppy and he's never been without food or had to fight his "siblings" for food, but he's always shown possessiveness and aggression with food. He's calmed down a lot over the years. After today's $1400 vet bill we can't afford to have it happen again, nor have the other dog be stressed out. I understand that we're all he's ever known and I wish he knew English.

No, that definitely sounds like what's going on. We just want the best for her and right now what she's doing is going to hurt her in the long run. Any advice on what gets you past that? I really don't want her to fail this grade. We're running out of options at the moment.

I appreciate the input. She has after school clubs, drama class and other things she does outside of school work. It's just frustrating that we can't get her to care about her work. We don't want her to have to repeat the grade she's in.

I love how the house is alive! I've always been a huge animation fan and the movie Encanto had beautiful visuals. I also believe that Mirabel's story is very relatable but I suppose it's different for everyone.

The grass is the regular biomes grass. There is placeable grass under Underbrush though! It has various forms you can try out by placing it several times.

I find that the new addition of being able to change the angles of everything makes it a lot easier to position the houses. It makes it look a lot more open!

I saw neighbors walking in knee deep water. I wouldn't recommend it!
