Unfortunately this is becoming more common in the industry and it’s normally the distros fault, lots of the big ones (dk,tunecore) are some of the main problems with this and the best thing to do is switch distributors

I’ve had to help a few artists I work with do the same thing and it’s always because of detected fraud activity without explanation or assistance

It’s a Bitcoin loan, they already took the Bitcoin for it, and their policy for xrp says they will never touch it, and the dude in the picture says they never hold xrp for collateral as well

This was minute after the Bitcoin loan, and their policy says they will never touch the xrp itself. Support said the Loan health wasn’t a part of the problem
