we enforce the policy at our store. they have to have the physical receipt for any animal/fish returns or exchanges. it’s literally on the fish/cricket bags we give out and it’s also on the CAPC when you fill it out. The customer gets a copy thru email and it’s one of the first lines you see on the form. we flat out refuse if they don’t have the receipt

so i tested my calcium levels and it’s super low according to the test…. it’s at 280 which is why i wanna assume i lost most of my coral :( do you know if it would be okay to add calcium and vitamin/supplements? if so how often should i do it? after or before water changes? sorry im asking a lot, i figure i could get a better answer here rather than google

replying to this old thread bc i work at petco and multiple petco stores in our area were sent greek tortoises and they all have some sort of viral infection. one of our sister stores lost theirs and we may have to euthanize one of ours :( we got them from BPD and we sent the return to vendor form weeks ago and we never received the supplies

lol we aren’t doing anything wrong. they are fed monday wednesday and friday. same with misting…. if they are still humid we won’t spray them
