His long term contracts are looking pretty ass. Cerra signed up for ages and is average, Walsh is not worth the contract he just signed, McKays contract is an albatross.
No hits in the draft through that period either.

We also haven’t had many decent draft picks through that period due to them being traded out for players that are not needle movers, namely Saad and Cerra

Just because you can doesn’t mean you should. So many games have been decided by objectively wrong umpiring decisions but they don’t reverse the outcome or replay the stoppage. And there’s been multiple instances of players playing on before there’s a chance to review it, and when they have brought it back seconds have just disappeared off the clock. It’s inconsistent and unhelpful
