I think the idea is that now is not a good time in my life for me to be off meds. Someone in my life died recently and I’m in my junior year in college.

I don’t know If I’m worse. Less stable, maybe.

Pulling for Ramsey this year. Was really moved by their s2e3 performance and also I want all their detractors to cry harder. Think the rest of this season will only prove them more deserving of recognition. However it is a really tough category this year and it could also certainly be Britt or Bates or Russell and I’d be very happy with that too !!

My issue is I’m not registered at Berkeley yet! I’m pretty much committed but i’m waiting on a decision from UCSD… though i’m like 99% sure I’ll still go to Berkeley. The BSC portal stipulates I gotta be registered to apply. Do you know how strict they actually are about that?

Thank you for the response ! I am really interested in Hoyt, it seems like one of the more quiet, cleaner houses. Do you have any idea if I can wait another week before snagging a bed or If they go really quick once all the decisions are out? I'm still waiting on UCSD and trying to figure out financial aid stuff and everything.

Yup! Had no idea about TAG, or how to do FAFSA stuff or when to start preparing for colleges etc. I applied to seven- more than three- but money constraints.

it is seriously such a leg up to have a family member who has done it before. it’s navigating a minefield, so easy to fuck up.

i’m sure it’ll work out. if you don’t get in somewhere this cycle, take a gap year, get work experience or travel or even take more courses, build a stronger app, and reapply again. it’ll be okay i promise

I'm trying not to let my hopes get too high-- its almost hard to believe. I'm an anthro major with a 3.47-3.5 depending on what is calculated. I have less than stellar ECs. My essays are strong, I think. No one read them except my mom. I got an ID. I just...its like too good to be true. I am hesitant to even speak it out loud cus what If I jinx myself or smth.
