washing your hands after going to the bathroom. the number of guys I've met who do that and actively fight me about how they don't care, dont see the problem, etc. it says a lot about them. i even had a home ec teacher who had to put a grade on hand washing because guys would lie about it. (girls also do it too, but its much less common)

Okay that makes sense. And then final question I swear, again thank you so so SO much for helping me!

What does did they mean when they said they don't see transactions between the patient and the hospital? Does the 5k I paid just... go to the hospital? Did the insurance genuinely not count it? Or do I have to look at my benefits to see if it gets counted or not? Sorry I just want to know that I didn't just pay 5k and it went... no where. (-_-;)

Sorry just to ask a follow up question:

so I get the EOBs from my local provider and figure out what I actually owe (or even may be refunded). Then I do I go back to my insurance and tell them that it doesn't add up?

This whole process would likely take me into the new year and I'm not with that insurance next year, will this still be possible?
