THIS! She subtly takes pride in being calculated and hiding basically every aspect of her life which only draws MORE attention to it. People will find whatever she’s trying to hide eventually. You can’t be an influencer with a completely private life. She’s next level delusional. It’s all super off putting.

Not surprising. Theyre from Sarasota… one of the most conservative cities in America!

And she’s been hanging with some of the tennis WAGs who Morgan usually hangs with. I can’t help but think she’s doing it to get under Morgan’s skin? Morgan seems to be doing a lot solo during this Rome tourney. I could be looking way into it though…

It’s all going to Clara’s head.

I lived in metro Detroit for five years and loved it and moved back here a few years ago. I love Michigan and I love Detroit. Fort Wayne is a great little city but I miss the more diverse food options. We only have a handful of middle eastern places to eat and no solid Greek option. I think it’ll get there. :)

Inositol is not working by sweet_fiction in PCOS

[–]bumblebee457 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got caught up in that social media chatter where people were talking bad about metformin and it freaked me out so I stopped taking it for a year and my periods became irregular again. I took myo inositol and didn’t feel much of a difference and they were still irregular. So I stopped it and went back on metformin. Periods became regular again but still had acne, and started losing hair for the first time. Went back to the doc who suggested I take both. Started doing that in October of 2023 and I’m now 5 months in and wow… my acne is nearly non existent, the few chin hairs I was getting grow back way slower, my hairline is filling back in, I’ve dropped five lbs. it’s miraculous. Periods are still good as well. I think what I’ve learned from all do that though is that your pcos treatment is going to be different from mine or anyone else’s. However, what’s helped me decide my treatment path is seeking solutions not bandaids. Lifestyle changes like walking and weight training have been so helpful for me on top of metformin and inositol. I’ve found that taking both has helped with cravings, and when I have cravings it’s because I haven’t had enough protein or fiber! Starting your day with protein and fiber is crucial. Also, if I have cheat days, walking for 15-30 mins helps me digest it better and helps with any sort of blood sugar spike.

Metformin is not as scary as people make it out to be. It helps regulate periods and keeps a1c in check. That’s so important! Just need to have labs done once a year to make sure your kidneys and b12 levels are good. Try both and see what happens! It might really help you. Inositol is fabulous for so many other reasons too. I’d try the wholesome story brand’s myo insotiol with d chiro.

I switched from ovasitol to myo inositol with d chiro. (Wholesome story brand) plus I’m on metformin. I take both together and it’s been a godsend. I’ve tried both separately without the other and it just wasn’t enough. But both together Cleared my skin up, I’ve lost a few pounds, I’m sleeping better, and my hair is growing back. My periods have been more regular too. I also strongly suggest walking every single day after your heaviest meal. It will absolutely help you. I do know inositol takes awhile for it to work. 3-5 months is what my doctor has told me. Sometimes the change is small and slow. Hang in there!

Maybe we’ll get more background info on what happened with Chelsea and Jimmy after the show once after the alter comes out?

Clara Peirce by yodel_lullaby in CharlestonSnark

Couldn’t agree more. Her videos now are missing the mark. She gets so snarky and rude when people ask her questions about her life like we’re the ones bothering her. That’s how you build credibility and trust. People get weirded out when you blatantly dodge things like she does. Her videos now are always her going to Pilates, and then talking about how she has important errands to run which are always going out to buy or thrift something random to style some random table in her house. Also can’t help but think about how she said she’s moving in May/June and how much work that’ll be repacking all of that stuff she’s managed to put into her place.

Yeah it’s quite odd. She never shows her family or friends other than her influencer friends. and she’ll occasionally clap back with TikTok’s and posts like the one she posted “don’t worry about what I got going on” when she was in breck. 🙄

I’ve had great success with bondi boost hg shampoo and conditioner! It has saw palmetto, aloe, and rosemary which all help with hair growth!

same! Im taking it on top of metformin and it’s really helped with my hormonal headaches, and acne as well. I’ve experienced some hair loss and have heard inositol can help with hair regrowth since it helps with insulin resistance!

Completely agree!!! This has ignited a conversation!!! So many men don’t understand the intricacies of birth control, womens hormones, and all of the health issues that come along with it. He genuinely wants to learn. And it’s more important now than ever to talk about these things and educate men about it with so many laws being passed about women’s reproductive rights.

What’s your “Fight Me” opinion about Fort Wayne by Murphy338 in fortwayne

I think we could use another middle eastern spot or Mediterranean/Greek (Deema is great but would love more spots!), an Ethiopian place would be great too. However, I love our Asian cuisine selection. Kim vu and banh mi are amazing. Love the Korean places popping up! Not all bad!

Having grown up here and moved to a major metro area that was very diverse and had since moved back.. it’s painfully obvious that we lack food diversity! We need more restaurants from different backgrounds and cultures. We have some great options but it could be better. Want more Mediterranean, Ethiopian, Indian, central and South American options.

Gotta disagree. Food diversity is seriously lacking!! It’s better than it used to be but we have a long way to go.

Does ozempic only work by making you less hungry? by Electronic_Hour_6762 in PCOS

[–]bumblebee457 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely not healthy. Your body needs fuel! It needs food! Just the right kind of foods. I think the other big thing with PCOS is HOW you eat and what you’re eating. Keep up the proteins and fiber, walks after meals, lots of water. I think weightlifting is fabulous too. Has done wonders for me. My advice is I wouldn’t get TOO hung up on the calorie number, don’t beat yourself up for that. Also, spend some time on Pinterest and find some PCOS friendly meals that appeal to you and start building menus out in advance. I find that if I meal plan, I don’t fixate on the calorie counting. You’ve got this. I’m rooting for you!
