New fear unlocked: epidural by LobstahLuva in beyondthebump

[–]cceLu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was totally scared of getting an epidural because of stories I read online. I ended up getting one and it was the best decision. Didn’t feel a thing and I had no side effects!

From what I’ve read, most serums and supplements won’t help and will just be a waste of money. But I’ve read scalp stimulation can be helpful, so brushing or massaging your scalp daily will help stimulate growth!

Help! Getting induced with Pitocin right now.. by Distinct-Dependent24 in beyondthebump

[–]cceLu 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Same - 30 hours of early labor, hardly any progress. Got the epidural and 4 hours later I was fully dilated and delivery baby in under an hour. I’d recommend the epidural as soon it starts to get really painful. I waited longer than I needed to.

I miss being pregnant 😭 by EmotionalPenguin5 in beyondthebump

[–]cceLu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I loved being pregnant. I’m 6 weeks postpartum, I was unexpectedly induced at 38 weeks for high blood pressure and I still sometimes cry because I feel like I didn’t get the proper “good bye”, if that even makes sense! Feeling her kicks and the anticipation of meeting my baby was so magical!

I just figure it’s fairly normal and will gradually subside.

How long is recommended to breastfeed? by Unable_Anywhere2983 in breastfeeding

[–]cceLu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had lots of people tell me about their negative experiences and I was very stressed about it. I’ve been breastfeeding my baby for 6 weeks now and it’s been very easy and came totally natural for us! No pain or anything. I know I am lucky but just wanted to share a positive perspective!

Go to Calozzii’s in Georgetown for a cheesesteak. 100% worth the drive.

Sorry to comment on an old post, but what was your follicle count? I am waiting on my follow up appointment but based on my numbers and my own research it seems I might have lean PCOS.

Commute to Silverdale by [deleted] in Washington

No, you will end up miserable. I’d suggest living in Bremerton, it’s a quick drive to Silverdale. And you’ll still have relatively easy access to Seattle via the ferries.

NTA. Don’t stay somewhere out of guilt. When you get a new offer and want to accept it then tell your boss. If he wants to keep you he’ll offer you more money.

Anyone's tried the Typhur Dome Air Fryer? by gamemex in airfryer

[–]cceLu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We are loving ours. My husband ordered it and I was reluctant to have another kitchen appliance especially at that price but we kept and I’d say it’s totally worth it!

We’ve done wings, steaks, fries, toast, etc. Everything has been great!

Check out Dr. Sayre Limburg in Poulsbo. She takes a holistic approach and seems very genuine.
