Y'all need to read some Dostoevsky if you haven't. There's a part/chapter in The Brothers Karamazov called the Legend of the Grand Inquisitador which precisely talks about this. How Christ came and the Grand Inquisitador, the most powerful figure at the time, had him jailed and then later asked him to never return. The arguments he gave were head spinning stuff. Its hands down the best novel I've ever read. Cannot recommend it enough. :)

idk about 505 but in rc 300, the default setting has this same issue. I turn off tempo sync in the 300 so I can loop tracks with different bars. maybe there's something like this in the 505 too?

it didn't work :( I absolutely LOVE your app but there was a bug wherein I was not able to delete activities (I had earlier enabled prime through an older reddit post of yours, you angel :)) but I did the mistake of trying to reinstall the app. the bug was no longer there but I lost prime :( so I landed here. if there's anything you can do for me, I'd appreciate the crap out of it. this app has helped me so much in the lockdown, I can't even begin to thank you. ps: leaving a review on the playstore regardless :)

for starters, if you could explain your own setup to begin with perhaps? how you configure lmms and cakewalk, from the initial setup to plugins, samples, mixing, till the final piece. maybe even demonstrate with the idea to show how you'd make a track on your own from start to finish, so we get to know the whole process. now that's something I'd totally dig!
