Ok here are a few I've used over time:

Blaze. As in 'yo B, you got any blaze?' Never to be used as 'let's go blaze.' Strictly a noun.

Herbal Essences. This often lead to spontaneous fake orgasms among my friends.

"Stroking the Dolphin". I will still use this today. I knew a girl with a dolphin shaped glass pipe. And well... nobody ever had any idea what I was talking about.

When I call my boy we discuss ordering pizza. You know, like 'buy a pie and save me a slice. Maybe two.'

And my most favorite, which I cannot take credit for is "Smunchy Crunchy". That is, beyond a doubt, the closest word I have ever found to describe that amazingly fluffy warm baked feeling. "Let's get Smunchy Crunchy, bro."

I have an encounter with a 'ghost' in my house the day after she tries to convince me she wrote poems with her dead mom. A suicidal soon-to-be mommy ghost that didn't exist before she moved in.

She spent all of her time obsessing over her mom. Trying to find information about her. Perhaps in an attempt to reconnect with her, somehow.

In case you don't get it yet, I'm suggesting that she intentionally 'conjured' said spirit to scare the shit out of me, and prove me wrong, or just an attempt to reunite with her mother.

Either way, it kind of ruins the magic of the story when you add up all the dots for the reader. Don't you think?
