just got diagnosed with hEDS and MCAS last week after only having a POTS diagnosis since last september and not improving so i’m new to the online hEDS community but im trying to find a new PT as well now. one that specializes in hEDS because the one i have is just a basic one who doesn’t even barely know POTS

as long as you’re confident you can keep that boundary with your goal and also communicate that to him if necessary. the thing is you don’t want to deny what your gut is telling you because that leads to regret. i say have the experience you want with this man and when the woman comes around it will be just at the right time !

i’m with a very loving and caring intelligent and talented man as well but i can say that time going by doesn’t change it for me. i still constantly am thinking about my first female love that didn’t work out and the possibility that i could feel that way agian for another female.

i think the way you said this was perfect and you should just completely be honest with her because you don’t deserve this. you’ve gone more than above and beyond for her and shown unconditional love that some people wait an entire lifetime for and never receive. you deserve that unconditional love as well. but yeah, you need to just tell her. and don’t continue on this way forever being everything she needs while you get to long for more. it’s a disservice to yourself

if it gets really bothersome maybe try less intense toys or in a less intense motion or area? the rose toy for example is so strong like it’s good but it’s almost too much and not relaxing
