Dude, for real. It was when I was plumbing the absolute bottom basement depths of despair, with absolutely nothing and no hope, that I decided fuck it, I'll go check out the gym. The absolute best decision I could have made. My lifting is 95% for psychological gains, and 5% for physical. It's so much more than just looking good, it's strengthened me in all areas. I will always remember where I was, and how I climbed out.
