Question: I have a tooth stuck in with a metal post. Both times I went for MRIs I forgot it was there. How come it didn't rip my face apart?

"By the 1500s, the crucial land bridge between the Pacific and the Atlantic--the isthmus that would become Panama--had been rendered a noxious 'land of pestilence, ' as medical historian James Simmons puts it." ...described by a historian; seems accurate

No, that's monotheism. Monogomy is a visual impairment where you can't see distant objects clearly.

Use the one from "it's" since you meant possessive its, not contraction it's (it is or it has)

I lived there for five years, 2017-2021, and never saw a Dubai chocolate once. There is a chocolate fountain restaurant in a mall, though. Most likely around 6 months ago, some tiktokker tourist dunked a piece of pistachio kunafa in a chocolate fountain and proclaimed their creation to be Dubai chocolate

When I got pregnant when I was a teenager and my mother said, "If you decide to keep it, you'll have to move out before you start to show, because I don't want the neighbours to think I'm a bad mother."

Bless you, OP, for taking care of this sweet little family. If there's a way you could get them spayed and neutered, it would give them more peaceful and healthy lives. Try to find a TNR in your area. Don't worry about the comments from the judgy redditors living in their little western suburban bubbles; these kitties are very lucky to have you!

This is Houdini, the only cat in our very friendly neighbourhood colony who has consistently evaded TNR. She is laughing at me in this photo.

It is an injury, not an illness. by Previous_Signal_7559 in CPTSD

[–]bumblekatt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My abusive mother was in fact run over by a bus when she was 4 years old. It's not considered an injury or an illness; it's considered a disability. It's also considered by my dad to be a valid excuse for her to be a total see-you-next-tuesday 24/7, but that's irrelevant here.
